Terms & Condition

1. PRODUCTS

1.1 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.


1.2 Bloom of the flowers may differ depending on season and supply. You may receive partial bloom buds or full bloom buds. Please do not expect to receive 100% same arrangement as the sample photo.

1.3 Colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site due to differences in lighting and monitors. Please note that we are using ‘fade’ filter from Iphone on our pictures.

1.4 Message on greeting card will be copied from ‘Message’ box. You should include recipient or sender name if you want these to be written.

2. PRICES

2.1 Prices listed are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.

2.2 If there’s any price differences, we will contact you of the new price and ask if you want to proceed or cancel the order.

2.3 Product prices exclude the delivery charge.


3. ORDERS / PAYMENT 


3.1 During the order process, you will be required to provide complete personal details, including accurate delivery address and phone number, together with those of the intended recipient.

3.2 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send a confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order. Your order will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.

3.3 We accept payment via Bank Transfer or Internet Online Banking.


3.4 Full payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of your order. If no payment has been received, your order will be cancelled.

4. CANCELLATION 


4.1 To avoid further confusion, order cannot be changed or amended. Kindly check all particulars such as delivery date, address, card message, and other details related to delivery before submitting your order.

4.2 Order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid. The full purchase amount will apply for cancellation request received less than five days.

5. COMPLAINT

5.1 Because of the perishable nature of most products, we only accept complaint within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Complaint must be followed with clear picture as evident. Kindly send your complaint directly to grandfloralartstudio@gmail.com

6. Refund & Return Policy

At Grand Floral Art Studio, we are dedicated to providing the freshest, highest-quality flowers to our customers. If your flowers do not meet our high standards, we offer options for a replacement or store credit.

Returns:

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, we offer customers replacement flowers as detailed below.

Refund Eligibility:

Fresh Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or do not meet our freshness standards, you may request a replacement. To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include a photo of the wilted flowers email to grandfloralartstudio@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at our next available delivery date.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Custom Arrangements: Due to the personalized nature of custom flower arrangements, these are non-refundable.

Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return or store credit.


Store Credit & Replacement Details:

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, which expires after one year.

If a replacement is requested, it will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after the return or refund request is approved.


Exchanges:

We will gladly replace flowers that do not meet our quality standards. Please notify us within 24 hours with a photo of the flowers email to grandfloralartstudio@gmail.com , and we will arrange a replacement.
